Britannia Bridge the Affordability Gap with Special Offers

Purchasers who are struggling to raise a deposit can claim five per cent cashback towards the cost or take advantage of up to 100 per cent loan to value mortgages available on selected three and four bedroom homes. Britannia are also reducing the initial cost of buying with their Starter+ equity share scheme in which the purchaser can own 100 per cent of a Potter’s Court home but pay just 75 per cent of its price now.

“Increasing numbers of first-time buyers are now eager to enter the market, but many are still frustrated by the prohibitive costs required up-front,” said Britannia’s Sales & Marketing Director, Liz Green. “At Potter’s Court Britannia have a flexible approach to dealing with this hurdle. Prospective purchasers are invited to visit our sales centre for an informal chat about which of our various solutions best suits their particular needs. We also have our popular part exchange scheme for homebuyers with a property to sell.”

Potter’s Court is ideally located close to shops, schools and local amenities and enjoys easy access to the area’s commercial centres via the nearby motorway network. All Starter+ initial prices are subject to terms and conditions.

A lack of affordability is still an issue for many homebuyers, but Britannia Developments have introduced a variety of solutions to the problem with a superb choice of schemes and incentives at Potter’s Court in Kilnhurst, near Swinton.
