Britannia Return to Luddendenfoot
with Second Phase

Plans have been approved and work has now started on the construction of 26 properties comprising a wide selection of contemporary detached and town houses. Designed to the high standards which homebuyers have come to expect from Britannia, the properties provide spacious three and four bedroom living within flexible formats planned over three storeys. The sales centre is open for enquiries from Friday to Sunday, between 11am and 5pm, and the opening releases are now available.

“The opening phase at Branwell Court was a fantastic success and we are confident of a repeat with the launch of the second phase, which features a similar choice of homes,” said Sales and Marketing Director, Liz Green. “Each property will enjoy our characteristically superior specification incorporating a comprehensive range of contemporary fixtures, fittings and appliances. All homes include garage and en-suite to at least one bedroom whilst some also provide additional features such as dressing area to the master bedroom.”

Situated a few yards from the Rochdale Canal, Branwell Court is located on the site of a former mill which was once the workplace of Branwell Brontë, brother of the famous literary sisters. The development’s prime location is well connected to Halifax, Leeds, Bradford and Manchester via road and rail and nearby Hebden Bridge boasts an excellent range of bars, cafes and speciality shops.

Two years after completing the extremely popular first phase at Branwell Court in Luddendenfoot, Britannia have commenced the next exciting stage of the development with the launch of our superb second phase.
